Lahad Datu Member of Parliament, Datuk Mohammadin Ketapi has declared quitting Parti Warisan to join the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) family.
Ketapi who is also known by netizens as “kusung kubid” announced the above in Kota Kinabalu on Saturday.
Elaborating further, a senior Parti Warisan leader who spoke on condition on anonimity said Ketapi’s departure was expected.
“Those without MACC cases are still with Warisan. Those that left are entangled with MACC cases. One with Sabah Net. Another one with the Tourism Ministry.”
The senior leader added, the recent departure of two Warisan elected representatives does not affect the struggle of Warisan.
“Leaders come and go. But Warisan’s struggle is not affected. The struggle for Sabah continues.”
