Pakatan Harapan (PH) Chairman, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has appointed a founder of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Sabah as Minister for Sabah and Sarawak Affairs.
In the Cabinet unveiling this evening, Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali was named Minister responsible for the implementation of the Malaysian Agreement 1963 and other delicate matters close to the hearts of East Malaysians.
He was responsible for setting the Malayan-based party’s Sabah chapter in 2019 and was appointed its Executive Secretary.
In 2020, he was appointed Bersatu Sabah’s Vice Information Chief.
He is currently Bersatu Sabah Chairman, Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor’s Pricipal Private Secretary.
